My family and I have eaten here many times and we all love it. The food is delicious. Everything I've tried has been wonderful.
I've had carne asada, fajitas, enchiladas. It is all good!!! I've ordered other dishes as well but those are ones that stand out and that I've ordered more often. I get the house margarita which is the usual, pretty average. Nothing spectacular, but it quells my periodic margarita craving.
We've never had a problem at all with service. It has not always been the best but it has never, ever been "real bad". Ever. The last few times we have actually had excellent service. -

Service was slow, portion size was small, and prices were in the mid- to upper-end. I tried it several times thinking maybe the first couple were a fluke, sadly not.
Pueblo West has better Mexican restaurants to spend your money at. -

After having eaten here several more times, I think they deserve another star! Ive eaten more food here and it's all been really good. Their house salad with shrimp is huge, loaded with shrimp, and delicious. Try the pozole if they have it. Even their burger is great - it has chorizo and avocado on it and it's so delicious!
Unfortunately no longer have happy hour all day on Sundays (I think it's from 3-6) but drink prices are still pretty good for beer. -

Went for dinner and should have stayed home for leftovers. Food had little to no taste. We love Mexican food but this was not it. Wife ordered a gimlet. They apparently did not know to make it as it was topped off with soda water. Service was ok.

The food is ok but the service is real bad. I'm originally from Pueblo so I like to support the non chain restaurants. We had to go to the bar twice to get our drinks. The waiter had no clue. I like to give everyone a chance, but no second chance for this one. Next time I'm in town I will go to 3 Margaritas in Pueblo West. I have always had good experiences. On the up side the place is clean and the bathrooms are nice. Everyone this guy waited on while we were here was complaining. Well he only had 2 tables that I could see.
I truly wish the restaurant well but I'm glad the other 4 people that was supposed to join us didn't.
